Dedicated to helping individuals and families create functional, calm, and intentional homes. I specialize in decluttering, organizing, and designing customized systems that simplify daily life, reduce stress, and support a more balanced lifestyle.

Owner | Professional Organizer
Hi, I am Sarah Guida, founder of The Tidy Estate. With a background in industrial design, over 14 years of experience in engineering, and design consultation work within the cabinet manufacturing industry, I bring a trained eye for organization, efficiency, and spatial layout to every project. I value punctuality, time efficiency, and thoughtful problem solving, balancing structure and logic with intuition and creativity to create systems that are functional, sustainable, and stress reducing.
Organizing is not just a skill for me, it is a genuine passion, and my goal is to help each client feel supported, confident, and at peace in their home.
Services We Provide
We believe that thoughtful organization is more than arranging belongings, it’s designing a lifestyle where every item has a place and every space works in harmony with the people who live in it. Through a refined, discreet, and personalized approach, we transform cluttered areas into functional, elegant environments that bring clarity to your home and peace to your mind. Our hourly rate is currently $95. There is a 3 hour minimum and hours can also be used as an add-on to a purchased package.

3 Hour Package $285
Perfect for tackling a closet, pantry, or small project that’s been weighing you down. First we will declutter the space by categorizing items into 'keep' , 'donate’ or ‘toss’. Then we will implement systems to help you stay organized. We will work with the products you already have, or we will suggest products to purchase that will help you get and stay organized.
6 Hour Package $520
Organize an entire room such as an office, bedroom, bathroom etc. This also typically covers multiple smaller spaces such as linen closets, pantries, catch-all areas.
This could, and typically is split into 2 sessions.
12 Hour Package $985
For clients ready for a full-home reset or ongoing support. Hours can be used over time to maintain systems and stay on track.
Downsizing & Moving $95/HR
Prepare to downsize and move with our decluttering and organizing process. We will work hands on with you to declutter your space in preparation for your move. Services include but are not limited to decluttering, inventory, moving, new home set up.

ADD ONS

Unwanted items are removed quickly and responsibly, including trash and donation drop offs. This service helps clear space.
Trash & Donation Removal $65
Organizing products are selected and purchased to fit your space, needs, and budget. This ensures cohesive, functional systems.
Product Purchases $50/hr + cost of product
Personalized layouts and organizing systems are designed to improve flow and functionality. Ideal for creating long term solutions tailored to your lifestyle.
Custom Space Planning $100/hr
& Design Consult
Ongoing support to maintain organized spaces as life evolves. Sessions focus on resetting systems and keeping your home calm and clutter free.
Maintenance & Refresh $95/hr
Policies & Referral Incentives
All first in home organizing sessions require a three hour minimum. Payment is due at the end of each session, and any unused package hours must be scheduled and used within six months of purchase. As a thank you for referrals, for each new client who hires The Tidy Estate, the referring client will receive one complimentary hour of service, which must also be used within six months.
